Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Sartor Law & Title PLLC ("the firm," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through sartortrust.com (English and Russian pages), our phone line, and our emails, how we use it, and who handles it for us.
This policy does not cover what you share after you become a client. That information is protected by your engagement letter and the attorney's duty of confidentiality under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, and phone number when you request the Family Continuity Workbook. Your name, email, phone number, appointment time, and any note you add when you book a Discovery Call. Anything you write in an email to us.
Phone calls. When you call (813) 859-6393, Clair, the firm's electronic assistant, answers. Calls are transcribed, not recorded. We keep a written transcript and summary of the call, your phone number, and the name and email you give. We do not keep any audio.
Text messages. If you book a Discovery Call, we use your mobile number and email address to send appointment confirmations and reminders by text message, email, or both.
Technical information. Our website host logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Our website also uses cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising tools (see section 4).
2. How we use it
To send you the Workbook and reply to you.
To schedule your Discovery Call and check for conflicts of interest, which we must do before we discuss your matter.
To send appointment confirmations and reminders by text message and email.
To send our email newsletter if you requested the Workbook or signed up for it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the website working and secure.
To see how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising.
We do not use your information to train artificial intelligence models.
3. Who handles your information
We do not sell your name, email address, or phone number, and we do not give our contact list to anyone for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers who help us run the firm, and only for the purposes above:
Our client relationship and email platform, which stores contact details, Workbook requests, bookings, and Clair's call transcripts and summaries.
The artificial intelligence service that runs Clair through that platform and processes what callers say during the call.
Our email provider, which delivers Clair's call summaries to firm personnel.
Our practice management system, which we use for conflict checks.
Our website host.
Analytics and advertising providers, such as Google and Meta, which collect information about your visits through cookies and pixels (see section 4).
Reviews on our site are shown from Google. If you click through to Google, Google's own privacy policy applies. We disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a subpoena or court order. If the firm's practice is ever sold or transferred as the Bar rules allow, this information would transfer with it.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar tools. Some keep the booking calendar and sign-up form working. Others, provided by analytics and advertising companies such as Google and Meta, record how you use our site and help us measure our advertising. Those companies may combine this with other information they hold about you and use it to show you ads on other websites. When you fill out a form, our client relationship platform can also link your earlier visits to our site with your contact record. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and change your ad settings with Google and Meta. If you block cookies, the calendar and form may not work. Our newsletter emails use standard open and click tracking so we can see which topics are useful.
5. Your choices
Unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email, or by asking us.
Stop texts by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for help.
See, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by sending a written request by certified mail to the address in section 11. We answer within 30 days. We keep conflict-check records even after a deletion request, because our professional obligations require them, and we will tell you if that applies to you.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact details, call transcripts, and booking records until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. We keep conflict-check records for as long as our professional obligations require.
7. Security
We protect the systems that hold your information with passwords and multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure. Email is not a safe way to send sensitive details, so please do not email confidential information before we have spoken (see our Terms and Conditions).
8. Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Language
This policy is written in English and applies to both the English and Russian pages of our site.
10. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
