Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These terms apply to sartortrust.com, including its English and Russian pages. The site is operated by Sartor Law & Title PLLC ("the firm," "we," "us"). By using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Using this website does not make you our client
Reading this website, filling out a form, downloading any materials from this site (including the Family Continuity Workbook), calling, emailing, or booking a Discovery Call does not create an attorney-client relationship. We represent you only after we have checked for conflicts of interest and you and the firm have both signed an engagement letter.
2. This website is not legal advice
Everything on this site, including the Workbook and any guide, is general information about estate planning. It is not legal advice and it is not a plan. Laws change and every family is different. Please do not act, or decide not to act, based on this site without talking to a lawyer about your own situation.
3. Please do not send confidential information yet
Until we have checked for conflicts and spoken with you, please share only your name, your contact details, and a short description of what you need. Information you send without being asked, before we have agreed to discuss your matter, may not be treated as confidential and does not prevent the firm from representing someone else.
4. Calls and text messages
Calls to (813) 859-6393 are answered first by Clair, the firm's electronic assistant. Clair asks a few questions, takes your message, and can book a Discovery Call. She does not give legal advice. Calls are transcribed, not recorded, and no audio is kept. A written transcript and summary go to firm personnel. By continuing the call after Clair's greeting, you agree to the transcription. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and who handles it.
If you book a Discovery Call and give us your mobile number, we send appointment confirmations and reminders by text message, email, or both. How many texts you get depends on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Where Irina is licensed
Irina Sprouse is licensed to practice law in Florida and Missouri. Sartor Law & Title PLLC maintains its office in Tampa, Florida. We do not give advice on the law of any other state or country.
6. Reviews and results
Client reviews on this site come from our Google Business Profile and describe those clients' own experiences. Every family's situation is different. You may not obtain the same or similar results.
7. Our content and how you may use it
The text, images, and workbooks on this site, and the firm's names, logos, and marks (including Build Your Village℠ and any other name or logo shown with ™, ℠, or ®), belong to the firm. You may view, download, and print them for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell, republish, or change them, or use them in a business, without our written permission. Please do not use automated tools to copy the site, and do not try to interfere with how it works.
8. Links to other websites
Some links take you to other websites, such as Google reviews and our booking calendar. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. The website is provided "as is"
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, current, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied.
10. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the firm and its attorney, staff, and service providers are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, being unable to use it, or relying on its content. This section covers your use of the website only. It does not limit any duty the firm owes a client under a signed engagement letter or the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
11. Florida law and courts
Florida law governs these terms and any dispute about this website, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit about this website must be filed in the state courts in Hillsborough County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. You agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Language
These terms and our Privacy Policy are written in English and apply to both the English and Russian pages of this site. If we ever provide a translation, the English version controls.
13. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. The terms posted when you use the site are the ones that apply.
14. Everything else
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term, we have not given it up. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and the firm about this website. They do not replace an engagement letter.
