Flat-Fee Estate Planning, Business Succession and Trust Administration
Every engagement here starts the same way, with a conversation about what matters most to you rather than a form about your accounts. What we build from there depends entirely on your answers.

Tailored Estate Planning: Wills and Trusts in Florida
Your plan might include a revocable trust, a will, durable powers of attorney, a health care directive, or some combination of them. Which ones, and how they are built, comes out of your Clarity Session℠ rather than out of a template. We design around what you told us you are protecting: your spouse, your children, the family member who needs more help than the others, property in more than one state, a business interest, digital assets, or the relationship you are quietly hoping this plan will not damage.
There are two flat-fee paths and you choose the depth. Both are quoted before any work begins.
“A plan that sits unfunded in a drawer is just paper. Our job is making sure yours works the day it is needed.”
Business Succession Planning for Florida Owners
Everyone plans for the sale. Almost nobody plans for the Tuesday. You are in surgery, or on a flight, or simply unreachable for six weeks, and payroll is due Friday. Who signs? Who can legally open the account, approve the wire, renew the lease, talk to your insurer? For many owners the answer is nobody, because the authority never left their own signature.
Business succession is the same idea as a power of attorney and a health care directive, pointed at your company instead of your body. It answers one question: who speaks for this business when you cannot?
-
Authority now - who can sign, spend, and decide while you are unavailable
-
Access - accounts, payroll, keys, contracts, and credentials, handled legally instead of informally
-
Continuity - who operates the business, and on what terms, if you do not come back
-
Transfer - how ownership moves, how it gets valued, and whether family members who do not work in the business share in it
-
Coordination - making sure your operating agreement, your trust, and your beneficiary designations do not contradict each other
If you own the business with your spouse, this work and your estate plan are the same project. We treat them that way.

Trust Administration for Florida Families
There is a stretch of weeks after someone dies when a family is asked to be organized at the exact moment they are least able to be. Deadlines, notices, transfers, institutions asking for documents nobody can find. We take that part.
If your loved one left a trust, we guide the trustee through what the role actually requires: notices, accounting, asset transfers, and distributions, done correctly so the trustee is not personally exposed later. If an estate has to go through probate instead, we handle that too, though most of our clients came to us specifically so their families would avoid a courtroom. Your Village Coordinator℠ stays with you the whole way, tracking what is due and answering the questions that surface at nine at night.

If you have young children, the most important decision in your plan has nothing to do with money. It is who steps in, and how fast. Most parents name a guardian in their will and assume that is handled. It is not, because a will has to be admitted by a court first, and that takes weeks your children do not have. The Sartor Village Plan℠ covers both ends. People with legal authority tonight, and long-term guardians named by you. It also includes caregiver instructions, medical authorizations, and your own words about how you want your children raised, so whoever steps in is not guessing at what you would have wanted.
Holding my newborn son changed how I saw this work. Planning is about direction, not just documents.

How Our Florida Estate Planning Process Works
Most firms hand you an assets form first. We do not, because a list of accounts cannot tell us what you are actually trying to protect.
-
The Clarity Session℠
A structured conversation about who you love, what you have built, and what you want it to do for the people you love. No documents on the table. This is where your plan actually gets designed.
-
Design and Flat Fee
You choose a flat fee plan before any work begins. You choose the depth that fits your family and your budget.
-
Sign, Fund, and Stay Current
A trust only protects what is actually inside it. Every plan includes the deed for your home and written funding instructions built around your real accounts. You leave with your three-year review already scheduled.
Talk With a Tampa Estate Planning Attorney
You do not need documents ready, a list of accounts, or a decision already made. Fifteen minutes on the phone tells us both whether we are the right firm for what you are carrying. If we are, we will tell you exactly what happens next.
